SSAS is an AI agent that takes attendance in the first minutes of every lesson, shift or meeting, using the screens and cameras you already have. Faces are recognised on the device, and no photo ever leaves your organisation. SSAS وكيل ذكاء اصطناعي يسجّل الحضور في الدقائق الأولى من كل حصة أو وردية أو اجتماع، باستخدام الشاشات والكاميرات الموجودة لديك. يتم التعرّف على الوجوه على الجهاز نفسه، ولا تغادر أي صورة مؤسستك.

How it worksكيف يعمل

Three steps, done once. After that the agent works on its own, session after session. ثلاث خطوات تتم مرة واحدة، ثم يعمل الوكيل وحده في كل جلسة.

Enrolالتسجيل

Each person stands in front of a laptop camera for about 20 seconds. A guided circle collects 40 good photos. يقف كل شخص أمام كاميرا اللابتوب نحو 20 ثانية، وتجمع دائرة إرشادية 40 صورة جيدة.

Trainالتدريب

SSAS Studio trains one small model per group on the laptop and checks its accuracy before it can be used. يدرّب SSAS Studio نموذجاً صغيراً لكل مجموعة على اللابتوب، ويختبر دقته قبل استخدامه.

Attendالحضور

A USB stick carries the model and the timetable to each screen. At the start of every session the screen opens its camera for a few minutes, marks who is there, and sends text only. تنقل ذاكرة USB النموذج والجدول إلى كل شاشة. في بداية كل جلسة تفتح الشاشة الكاميرا لدقائق قليلة، وتحدد الحاضرين، وترسل نصاً فقط.

Knows the scheduleيفهم الجدول

Lessons, shifts, rooms and breaks. It notices people who leave between sessions, works offline and supports Arabic names. الحصص والورديات والقاعات والاستراحات. يلاحظ من يغادر بين الجلسات، ويعمل دون إنترنت، ويدعم الأسماء العربية.

SSAS Studio

For the admin laptop (Windows 10/11; an NVIDIA graphics card makes training faster). Photograph people, train, set the timetable and prepare the USB stick. للابتوب المسؤول (ويندوز 10/11، وكرت شاشة NVIDIA يسرّع التدريب). لتصوير الأشخاص والتدريب وإعداد الجدول وتجهيز ذاكرة USB.

SSAS Board

The app for each screen or board (Android 8 or newer). It is also on the USB stick that Studio prepares. تطبيق كل شاشة أو سبورة (أندرويد 8 أو أحدث). وهو موجود أيضاً على ذاكرة USB التي يجهزها Studio.

SSAS Server

Optional. A small server that receives the results (text only) and shows reports. Runs on any old computer with Ubuntu and Docker. اختياري. خادم صغير يستقبل النتائج (نصاً فقط) ويعرض التقارير، ويعمل على أي كمبيوتر قديم بنظام Ubuntu وDocker.
